These Terms of Service govern your use of the Hammam&Co website and any purchase made through hammam-co.com.

Hammam&Co is operated by BATH HOUSE ΜΟΝΟΠΡΟΣΩΠΗ Ι.Κ.Ε., a company established in Greece.

Hammam&Co products are cosmetic and personal-care products. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

Products must be used only as directed on the packaging. Do not use a product if you are allergic or sensitive to any listed ingredient. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

Prices and taxes

Product prices are displayed in euros and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed separately before the order is completed.

We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products.

After an order is placed, you will receive an electronic confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

The sales contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of the order or dispatch the products, whichever occurs first.

Adding a product to the cart does not reserve it.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes cannot be combined and cannot be exchanged for cash.
