Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Hammam&Co purchase. In addition to any statutory rights available to you, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy.

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request an eligible return under this voluntary policy.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return under our voluntary 30-day policy, the product must be:

• Unused and unopened
• In the same condition in which it was received
• In its original packaging
• With any original hygiene seal intact
• Accompanied by the order number, receipt or other proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

For returns under our voluntary 30-day policy, please contact us before sending the product so that we can provide the correct return instructions. This requirement does not limit or affect any statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer rights.

Products sent without contacting us in advance may be delayed or may not be accepted under our voluntary return policy. This does not limit any statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer right.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns caused by a change of mind under our voluntary 30-day policy, the customer is responsible for the cost and safe shipment of the returned products, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

If the product is defective, damaged during delivery, incomplete or different from the product ordered, Hammam&Co will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide alternative return instructions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for products lost or damaged while being returned to us by the customer.

Damaged, Defective, Incomplete or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If your order is damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at sales.hammamco@gmail.com. Please include your order number and, where possible, clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, refund, price reduction or another remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Cosmetics and Hygiene-Sealed Products

For health protection and hygiene reasons, cosmetic and personal-care products that were supplied sealed cannot be returned once their protective seal or packaging has been opened, broken or removed.

This restriction does not apply where the product is defective, damaged, incomplete, incorrectly supplied, or where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

Products that have been used, tested, partially consumed, contaminated or altered after delivery cannot be returned for a change-of-mind refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot normally be returned:

• Opened or used cosmetic and personal-care products
• Products with a broken or removed hygiene seal
• Gift cards, except where a statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer right applies
• Personalised or specially made products
• Products damaged after delivery through misuse, improper storage or failure to follow the product instructions

Sale or promotional products are not automatically excluded from return. They may be returned where they otherwise meet the conditions of this policy or where return rights apply by law.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union and purchase products online, you generally have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.

To exercise this right, you must clearly inform us of your decision within the 14-day period by emailing sales.hammamco@gmail.com or by using the model withdrawal form included below.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the products without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you informed us of your decision. The deadline is met if you send the products before the 14-day return period expires.

Products must be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what would reasonably be permitted in a physical store.

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.

Where the statutory EU right of withdrawal applies, we will refund the price paid and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

Unless the products are defective, damaged, incomplete or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the products, provided that the customer was informed of this responsibility before purchase.

Exchanges

We do not currently process direct product exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different product is to request a return for the eligible item and place a separate new order.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible at sales.hammamco@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, the applicable return procedure will apply.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect the returned products and confirm whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

For returns accepted under our voluntary 30-day policy, refunds are normally processed within 10 business days after approval.

Where the statutory European Union right of withdrawal applies, reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned products or you have provided evidence that they were sent back, whichever occurs first.

Bank and card-provider processing times may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed that your refund was issued, contact us at sales.hammamco@gmail.com.

Original shipping charges are not refundable for returns made under our voluntary 30-day policy, except where required by law or where the product was defective, damaged, incomplete or incorrectly supplied.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights, legal guarantees or remedies available under applicable law.
